Job Summary

The Storm Restoration Specialist plays a crucial role in assisting homeowners and businesses in recovering from storm damage. This position involves assessing damage, coordinating restoration efforts, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the restoration process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of restoration techniques and a commitment to helping clients restore their properties to pre-storm conditions.

Duties

• Conduct thorough assessments of storm damage to residential and commercial properties.
• Develop and implement restoration plans tailored to the specific needs of each client.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of restoration projects.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed, including photographs and reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all restoration activities.
• Provide excellent customer service, fostering positive relationships with clients throughout the restoration process.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of storm damage assessment and restoration techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interaction.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges that arise during the restoration process.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
