Lifetime Workmanship Warranty
Showtime Roofing includes and provides a lifetime workmanship warranty on the above-referenced property from the date of installation.
This warranty covers any leaks due to craftsmanship defects. The warranty does not cover storm damage to siding, gutters, roofs, leaks, or interior damage, caused by lightning, gale-force (130 mph) winds, and/or damage from ice, hurricanes, tornados, hailstorms, or impact of foreign objects. The warranty does not cover damages caused by any failure of the roof deck, any settlement, distortion, failure, or cracking of the walls or foundation of the building, or damage done by other persons or companies. The warranty does not cover distortion, cracking, or general wear and tear of the siding or gutter systems or damage done by other parties. This warranty is non-transferable.
This warranty is the exclusive remedy for defects in workmanship and excludes all other warranties, express or implied.

Showtime Roong has given to homeowner(s) any manufacturer’s warranty
applicable to the roong materials used on the subject property, which warranty
shall be in addition to the lifetime workmanship warranty set forth herein.
